“The service at Discount Tire Company has ALWAYS exceeded my expectations. They always offer free water/coffee for their customers while they wait. Sometimes, I dont have enough time to finish the coffee, but that's alright. They are pretty quick about getting the vehicle in and out and reduce the down time for waiting on the vehicle. The only thing I have encountered was that I had my tires inflated and the person that put air in my tires left off the valve stem tops. Not a huge issue. Thanks for the business you provide for me! ?”

“Had an awesome experience here this evening.My trailer full of feed was bouncing so bad I couldn't go over 10mph, so I stopped here to have them check the air on my truck and trailer tires. This was about 15 minutes before closing time on a Saturday. The tech was there almost right away, checked and refilled all my tires for free. Super nice guy.Then we realized that one of my trailer tires had separated (old tire that was on the trailer when I bought it), which explained the bouncing. At this point it was already 5 minutes after closing, but they never batted an eye. Found me the right tire and replaced it within 15 minutes max! Very reasonable price and great service.”

“After getting upset with a competitor down the street from Viper Motorsports, I called Viper Motorsports to see when I can get an appointment to have my catalytic converters replaced. Not only were they so friendly they had an opening and weren't very busy and said if I would bring it right now they'd look at it. I had no clue that they would have time to do the job right then and there, which they did. And they save me almost $400 compared to what their competitor was going to charge. I'm ecstatic. I will never go anywhere else for my three vehicles. Thank you guys I appreciate all that you did for me, and fixing my door handle was even a bonus.”

I love that they include rotations and one free repair when you buy tires from them. I've never been in for too long. I went in on a Monday morning and replaced all four tires and was out about an hour later. Every time I have been in they are quick and effect and don't over charge!”

“Mason is a real gem, the rare honest mechanic. I spent 2-3 hours in the waiting area listening to him train 2 new employees. His work ethics are outstanding. For example, explaining to the new guys why & how he ordered a part without an extra "housing" because what was there was in perfect condition, and it saved the woman a few dollars. He was teaching them not to replace perfectly good parts even if it was a little more of a nuisance to order the broken part without the good piece.I hope I'm making sense here.In other words, if you have part A that is broken, and it is located inside part B, and part B is in perfect condition, then only order part A even if it's a little more difficult for you to order or if it takes a little effort to separate them, most places have part A inside part B so you have to order from someone else, but the lady who owns the vehicle has limited funds so we need to help her all we can.That's basically the gist of it. I don't remember the names of the parts. He is an outstanding human being. You can absolutely trust him.”

“The Quick Lane is a great place to have you car serviced. I make a reservation using their webpage to schedule a time that works well for me. Their service advisors are extremely helpful. You can even pick your advisor online if you have one you are comfortable with. Blayke and Jonathan do a great job and are very helpful with getting all your work requests done. Southwest Ford also sends out regularly coupons for services as well that are helpful. The Works oil change is usually $59.95, which includes rotating the tires, topping off the fluids, testing the battery, checking belts/hoses, and checking tire pressure. They always have washed my vehicle as well before returning it. It usually takes about 45-60 minutes, unless they are real busy. They also have a courtesy vehicle to take you home or to work if needed. I have used SW Ford for a long time and have been consistently taken care of. I appreciate their commitment to customer service.”
“Treads Tire and Wheel is a mobile company and will come to me so I can keep doing what I want. The prices for the tires are similar and there is a trip charge but that is better than sitting in a waiting room for an hour or more.”
