The service department is very inexperienced. My truck would turn over but wouldn't start after coming out of the grocery store. I had it towed to Jerry's because it was so close even though I had a bad experience with them already. 1 week in they said they still couldn't diagnose the problem. After two weeks they said it was the wires and spark plugs. Cost $1300 almost $800 of the was "labor". Then called and said that didn't fix it that I would need a new engine, $9800. I laughed because the last place I'd ever install an engine would be there. They said well we can't get it started still. Three weeks after taking it in I picked it up and took it home. Replaced the battery the ruined and it started right up. Drained the gas because I figured bad gas was the problem in the first place. Put in new gas and it runs like a charm. RUN!!!!! In conclusion, I'm out: $300 towing fees $200 battery the ruined $1300 in parts and labor it didn't need at all. Over bad gas They said I needed a new engine. RUN!!!!!!

Step 1: Make an Appointment Step 2: Wait for a week with no calls or updates from the service team. Step 3: Call multiple times get told your vehicle will be ready in 1-2 days. Step 4: Call back the next day to be told it hasn't been looked at. Terrible service for the service team.

Mario my salesman was fast and ready to get in and out which is a first but it seamed like I was just in his way. I was there looking at a used F250 (already emailed and texted Mario) Handed him my id and he let me drive it just me and my wife. When it came to negotiating I wasn't going to beat them down on price but when it came to trade I wanted a certain price and they were way off. They had a similar vehicle out in front for sale 52K (jeep gladiator rubicon) 22k miles and I wanted 48K for my trade in (jeep gladiator Mojave gobi paint fully loaded) 16k miles but they let me know all they could do was 42. They asked me where I got my price from and I said right out in front of your lot. They told me they needed to make money this is a business yes you are correct sir (old man looks like he's on juice) but to try and make close to 8-10k off of me. I just left and then they sent me a text stating they would give me 1k more for my trade. People do your research because it sounds like this is one of those "old slick mouth" dealerships.

The service department is terrible. My Z71 has been to their shop five times to fix the radio. Also, I gave them a bad survey review from my last visit. Right after, my service advisor Josh Martin called me and confronted me. I have never in my life seen poorer customer service. Stay away from this dealership!

Avoid Jerrys Chevrolet! Worst customer service I have ever experienced! Their Service manager hung up on me midsentence (Cody). I made 2 appointments to get work done. Neither issues have been resolved. Each time I was told my C7 corvette would be put indoors. I drove by afterhours and each time it was left outside. Dont lie to me. Each time it was given to me dirtier than when I dropped it off. My car is still broken and they have had it for over 2 weeks! Avoid Jerry Durant Chevrolet in Hudson Oaks. This pic is taken in the same place both visits. Definitely not in their garage. Lying to your customers you would think would be an easy issue to avoid. But here I am 100 unnecessary miles with a car that is filthy dirty after I dropped it off.

Would not use this business again. Had a car semi repaired here. I am proud of the car and take very good care of it. I had damaged the front from a minor collision. It took almost three weeks for them to do the repairs. When I picked it up and got it home i noticed something hanging down in the front of the car. They had left out nine screws that hold three different body panels on and two of them were dragging the ground. I had it taken to an independent repair shop and $250.00 later they aligned everything and attached it properly. Beware of this body shop!Services: Painting

Took my 2022 Silverado in to Jerry's for the dreaded dead lifter repair. Was told straight up while dropping it off that they no longer offer loaner vehicles even when a vehicle under warranty was not driveable. Asked the for rental assistance and was told quote "you are shit out of luck". We contacted GM directly and was told that it was the dealers choice. GM customer service said we could rent a vehicle and TRY to get Jerry's to pay us back... Jerry's and GM have lost a loyal 50 year plus GM customer. Also, we had to pick up our truck at their Cadillac dealer. The truck is filthy inside and out. I will have to take it to be detailed.

DO NOT GO TO Jerry's Chevrolet in Weatherford for car repairs! Let me explain. I took my car in because it needed an oil change but it was also making this muffler sound in the engine ( no engine lights were on my dash board). I dropped it off to Jerry's and the guy called me back and said it would be 1885 because the cause of my sound in the engine was because there were 2 engine mounts and 2 transmission mounts that needed to be replaced. After discussing this issue with my brother in law he suggested I asked Christian brothers for a quote. I called Christian brothers in Weatherford and asked them what they would charge me for the same repair (based on Jerrys mechanics diagnosis) they quoted me 1689. When I called the guy back at Jerry's and told him that I was going to pick it up because I got a better deal, he said he would have to charge me 150 for me to get my vehicle or he could match the the price that Christian brothers quoted me. I decided to keep it with Jerry's because I felt stuck. However the next day Jerry's called me and said it would be a month for 2 or the engine mounts to come in. I ended up calling Christian brothers back and they were able to not only get the parts but do the job in a week. Well that is where God stepped in. Troy from Christian brothers pulled my car in and took a look at it and called me on Monday morning... he said he could not charge me to replace the brackets or mounts because his mechanics saw nothing wrong with them. He said "i don't know what the other mechanic at Jerry's was thinking, but there is nothing wrong with any of your brackets or mounts. All you needed was an oil change." Thank God for good people and begin honest. Troy at Christian brothers told me he couldn't replace those parts on my car because it just wasn't right to do that and charge someone for something they didn't need . He didnt even charge me a restocking fee because he felt bad that Jerry's Chevrolet in Weatherford charged me for their mechanics diagnosis.... WHICH WAS WRONG. I called Tuesday (07-12-22) to get my refund from Jerry's and told them how wrong their mechanic was and that they could have caused me thousands for just a oil change.... I'm still waiting to get my money back today is (07-19-22). Apparently the Jerry's Chevrolet supervisor has not approved my refund. NEVER NEVER GO TO JERRYS CHEVROLET! Troy at Christian brothers in Weatherford is amazing. The light in all this is at least I found a mechanic I can trust and has a heart.

My service experience has been hit or miss over the past couple of years. Today was a huge miss and I won't be back. I was told it would take about an hour and ten minutes for an oil change. More than two hours later and my truck was not in the shop yet. I left. I will not be back.

Trash. Just trash. We were in the middle of the buying process, we were pre-approved through our bank and needed Hunter to get back with us to provide a purchase order for the bank and our counter off for our trade in. We waited over 4 hours for Hunter to call us back. I finally called him to let him know I had found someone to buy my vehicle and we needed to proceed without a trade in. He told me they sold the vehicle we were in the middle of purchasing to someone who walked in. I asked to speak with his supervisor and he too showed absolutely no remorse and just brushed my complaint off. We will never deal with Jerry's again and highly suggest you don't waste your time. I forgot to mention THEY CALLED ME ASKING ME TO BUY THE VEHICLE just to turn around and sell it from under us in the middle of buying it.

Beware of the service department! They will nickel & dime you to death. Sat through an oil change last week & 9 out of 10 people were told their alignment was off and ask if they would like to correct. (Machine reads it as you pull in) $79.99 - $99.99 is a money making endeavor. I cannot imagine 90% of the customers have alignment issues. To top it off, my EVAP purge pump supposedly bombed out because I "over filled" the gas tank. $543 + tax to fix. 2,000 miles over my 36K warranty. Shady shady shady!
