“Went to this location the other night and got help from a great guy named Martin. He was friendly, personable, extremely helpful, and truly took time to make sure I got what I needed and made sure I was completely satisfied with his service.My battery was starting to die (and actually did in the parking lot), and he went out in the 40 (some odd) degree weather and tested it like I asked him to. Once we found it dead and unsalvageable, we went back in and found the replacement I wanted and he got it installed for me in no time.I felt horrible having him do it because of the cold temps, but he didn't even act like it phased him (and he was extremely friendly throughout the process and even taught me how to remove it and replace it in the future if I should need to!) It's THIS kind of customer service that will keep me coming back to this location and seeking him out when I do. Martin is a great example of someone with high standards of customer service and I once again thank him for everything he did for me!”
