“I've purchased two bikes from Mike at Royal Enfield of Fort Worth, one a few years ago as it was on sale, but more recently a new RE Meteor 650. I have purchased other bikes from a much closer dealer in Plano Texas, but they have started adding way too many dealer made up costs, and that makes buying bikes from them a painful experience.Mike only adds a set fee for delivery and commissioning of the bike, and he is honest and personable, and is how a dealership should be. I will be buying more bikes from him in the future, and even joined his waitlist for the new RE Himalayan. If you want a great service at a fair OTR price, I would not hesitate in giving him a call. His servicing costs also reflect the same qualities and fair pricing, and will save you more than the gas money to visit him from North Dallas locations.”

“I thought the liner looked great they did and 5 star review worthy job already on my RAM gooseneck dually when I picked it up yesterday. Today, my mobile mechanic of over 10-years (who has to work on the truck) started doing cheetah-flips, he was so happy with it. The way (with surgical precision) they blocked-off any liner from getting on the ball and hook assemblies so as to still cover the bed, but not interfere with adjustments and operation of these assemblies; and somehow avoided covering with liner (perhaps by first removing) the mounting screws to the inner tailgate service plate (where he can still get in there and work if he needs to without damaging the liner) had him thrilled. He was expecting to have to deal with the issues he's had to deal with with spray-in liners in the past. No doubt he will be sending them more trucks. They didn't just get in there a gob a bunch of liner on with a spray gun. I had lower quotes but I'm glad I went with these guys. Great Job!”

I had thought my car was missing brackets to hold the cables up because they were hanging to the ground, but I was not missing anything, they had fallen out of the clip that holds them. I thought there would be bigger brackets to hold cables up, and that tells you how much I know about cars, lol. “My vehicle's battery quickly started dying at the McDonald's drive thru to the point I could barely turn the wheel. I was just able to pull it into a parking spot before it completely died. I called Autozone to see if they could help, and without hesitation, Aubrey said she would send someone over. Steve came out used the charger and got it running, but the wheel was still too tough to turn. Eventually, we had to put the vehicle on neutral while He pushed it to the store. That was way over above and beyond customer service! At the store I was able to purchase a new battery, and Paula installed it quickly and efficiently. She was very knowledgeable about these batteries. What a team! They all deserve a raise!! It is so nice to see that people are still super friendly and helpful out here.
