“On January 26th I realized that I had a loose connections on my battery terminalsI was one of the first and Chris the assistant mgr stepped outside to look at the condition of my battery terminals. Upon inspection he saw they were both very loose and corroded.Due to the fact I was recently in a horrible car accident.Chris the assistant mgr replaced the two terminals for me.I live in Springtown but used to live near this location therefore I still frequent it because of service like this!Way to go Chris!Your services and courtesy are very much appreciated!”

“A friend and I were driving and he asked me if I preferred Auto Zone or O'Reilly. I told him for the longest time I was a Auto Zone guy but recently became a fan of O'Reilly because of their customer service. We arrived at O'Reilly and Bob helped us with my headlight issue. He was very respectful and eager to help every step of the way from researching the correct product to physically helping us change out the headlights which proved to be extremely difficult. I just want to say thanks again, Bob, very much appreciated.”

“Upon walking in here in 6 inch heels and a mini skirt and halter top seven men watch me walk by and didn’t say a word their mouth were open and that was it but a very nice man of which I didn’t catch the dudes name, but I can describe how he looks if necessary. So I walk in here female All by myself needing help with a fuse. Except I don’t know where it’s at or I’ve figured out how to get to it. Trusty ole google steered us in the right directions. Now begging that flop down drawer was a tricky one and of course the maker of Maserati’s do not put a diagram in there, so he pulled out every single one of them with that little pull out tool and told me they were all good. Asked me why I thought it was bad, well because my cigarette charger deal stopped working and the other USB port does not make my phone talk to me out loud on whenever it’s plugged in and I need that because I drive all day longAlso change the words, heels, mini skirt with leggings and oversize T-shirt.Also change the word Maserati with Passat Volkswagen, Passat”

“They are Cash Only now! I've been going here for years whenever I needed a battery replaced (Personal Car and Work trucks). They've moved to the Calhoun location now which doesn't have a sign on the building but it's there. The guy working actually stopped me from replacing my battery and spending extra money after he tested my old battery which turned out to be still good. Turns out it was my Car starter and not my battery. He's a good and honest dude for that.”
