Daniel and his team did an excellent job on processing one of my pigs. Ive bought other meat from him as well. His prices are affordable especially for the work and knowledge that he has. Thank you Daniel for your exceptional work! I will definitely be coming back to buy more meats and have other things processed.

Southern Custom Meat founder Daniel May was born and raised in Texas. His family raised beef cattle and processed their own cows for their home use. He apprenticed for 5 years under James "Jim" Lillie, a TSTC meat processing professor. Daniel brings 14 years of experience working in local retail & commercial butcher shops cutting & processing, smoking, making sausage & bacon as well as specialty meat products using beef, pork, deer, chicken, sheep & goat.
