“in response to Monique T re the id's for alcohol... I used to teach the Alcohol Sellers Class for this region of HEB. Unfortunate that your situation escalated to such an extent. I worked for this company 25 years. My husband also and still does. The point I'd like to make is that alcohol laws are strict and if there is a doubt the answer is no. better safe than sorry when dealing with the TABC. Unfortunately some managers don't know how to handle that properly. That's a shame bc no one wants to lose a customer. Sounds like a bad situation all around but please consider the liability they are under if the sell illegally. Sorry this happened. It's an amazing company that does a ton of good for the communities it serves. Hopefully you won't let a couple of bad apples, or poor decisions, jade you against the total.”
