“You guys need a better system for pickup. It defeats the purpose of "self pickup" if your items are locked in the back section of said "self pickup," and you have to call and wait on someone to come and open it. Three of us are waiting for at least 15 minutes because of this. Employees were nice and helpful. That was a plus.”
