Apparently they can't afford to stock the shipping envelopes there is never any in the vestibule, they close from 12-1 pm for lunch not at 11:57 till 1 ,

Moved from Troy and I haven't received any of my mail. I put my mail on hold then put in a change of address. I still have received my mail, it's so frustrating! I called the office and the lady wasn't helpful at all.

Seems as if I am not the only person who feels the silver haired women at the counter doesn't like to be there. Time to retire ma'am
