I shop at Lowe’s because I have a 5% off credit card. They move things around so the app will take you to the wrong location in the store. Even the people that work there can’t find things.

Needed a generator and AC unit for the house before the storm’s came today. The employee really helped me a lot and gave me some great advice on a generator. His name was Bobby and he was so helpful in helping me pick out and load the generator and AC unit. Thanks Lowe’s for hiring people that care!
