“My husband and I visited this store on a Sunday at noon. We came to buy several bags of potting soil. This was not an easy task, my husband had just had surgery six weeks ago, and was still building up his strength. The manager saw my husband struggling to load the bags. He stopped and helped them load the bags. Later as we were going through the store and had gathered up more things on our cart, the manager saw us. He was on his way to the garden center to help with collecting money. he stopped, grabbed our cart and pushed us to the checkout. He opened up a register and checked us out, then followed us to the car and loaded our car. When I saw his name badge and I saw that he was a manager I told him how much I appreciated that he would stop doing what he was doing on such an extremely busy day. The store was full. The parking lot was full. As long as this young man is a manager of this store I will always go to his store for purchases.”

“We've been doing business with this store for several years. I buy animal food & supplies, work clothes, tools & gardening supplies and other outdoor items. We went there yesterday for some work pants. I'm pretty hard on my clothes & they have a good selection of heavy duty pants. They were kind of sparse on my size, which seems to be pretty common in most stores (36x32). There was a young man, tall & thin with a cowboy hat, working there who went above & beyond trying to help me find stuff in my size & giving me tips on how to get more mileage out of my work pants. They have almost everything you need for country life! They have a website too. The store probably wouldn't be big enough to contain everything you can find on their website, but they will ship anything you order to the store nearest you. I recommend TS.”

“This visit definitely deserves 5 stars! Found everything I needed at just the right prices, especially considering the significant savings compared to a contractor's quote. Stumbling upon another item with a nearly 65% discount was a pleasant surprise--#letsgoooooo! A big shoutout to Robert, the online order guy, for guiding me to the specific item I was looking for. Thanks to him, I got it just in time, with only 3 left (now 2). The friendly lady at the self-checkout added to the positive experience. Kudos to Lowe's for turning what is usually an avoided trip into an extraordinary visit. Because usually when I need to go to Lowes, that almost always means something has broken. And for someone who is not too handy, this was a great experience!”

“I mainly only shop at Lowe’s for my home improvement needs. I’ve been wanting to build some barn doors in my house for two years and finally pullled the trigger and bought the wood. The team member George helped me find the wood I needed and cut it form me. We had one issue. I gave the dimensions in feet and “George” heard me in inches. Easy mistake. I didn’t realize until I got home that the cuts were wrong. I called and spoke to the manager “Richard”who told me just bring it back. When I returned they assisted me with getting the wood and the right cuts I needed. They have no idea how much their customer service meant to me. They earned a repeat customer in me for life. Great job to Lowe’s for hiring amazing people.”

“Recently, I visited the store to procure potting soil for a raised garden I am constructing. Initially, I selected an inappropriate cart for the quantity of soil I required. A kind gentleman intervened, offering a more suitable cart. He not only transferred all my soil from the old cart to the new one but also assisted me in obtaining mulch. Surprisingly, he was not employed in the garden center; he works in shipping and receiving. His kindness and assistance were truly commendable!”
