“I decided to try Frost bank because they have a location right down the street. They called me a few days after signing up to welcome me and find out if I had any questions. Their app is up to date and easy to use which is important to me because some banks have really awful mobile apps. I thought it was neat that they can connect with your payroll provider to set up direct deposit for you. If you’re looking to switch I recommend checking out this bank.”
“This bank has the greatest custermer service you could ever possibly get. I have been banking with them for a few years now. I have beeh going through a very dramatic life change that had me really at a disadvantage. These ladies and men that work here have made sure my every need was made. Helping me count my money at times making sure everything was correct that I was trying to accomplish at the bank at this in my life. I was disorganized disoriented at times. And they took care of me. I didn't even have to ask them to help they just knew something was not right and did what needed to be done automatically. You don't get that anywhere anymore. They helped me with any problem that I had as into changing the account bank card whatever ni needed they did with a smile. I don't care if I move out state this my bank for forever. Go try them out and see what I mean. They had to count my money and my for me and make sure I had everything to leave and not forget. Thank 6ou for the help you do for me. Those were dark days. They took red tape and technical hurdles as challenges they could solve rather than as dead-ends. They worked in a human manner which is often missing at other places these days. Also, I've observed how the other tellers treat patients and I found it very courteous. Wait time is very good, even in the hour before closing. I didn't have a problem using the ATMs there. Conveniently located beside the HEB.”

“It’s very convenient to have near where I live! I work as a server and get my tips in cash at the end of every night, and I just run by the atm before I get home to deposit everything. Usually everything runs smoothly, only been one or two times where one the atms are down for whatever reason. I’ve never had a real problem with this place overall. The bank is works as a bank.”
“I finally found a free checking account with a low minimum balance that was not a 45 min drive away.People were friendly. Got us through all the paperwork and helped us work the system well. All the bonuses for setting up new accounts helped out a lot too.I'm surprised at some low ratings from other users. They must have had a very different experience than I had.The only reason I gave it 4 stars instead of 5 is that the website and the app are not really easy to work with. They need help from a good web & app designer.Also a lot of restrictions (for safety). The help line is very finicky about setting up a new payee on Zelle. But in this day and age with fraud, we kind of understand. Same thing about new payees and transfers. But we kinda have to live with it nowadays. It's still annoying.”
“Great service today. Needed help getting my routing number and making a deposit. The teller was helpful with the routing number and then I used the automated machine in the lobby to make my deposit. The branch is clean and organized. Having the automated machine in the lobby frees up the tellers for things like counter checks and cashiers checks that you can't do on the automated machine. This branch is near a busy intersection, so it's great that they have the automated machines inside, it's almost like having two extra tellers on duty.”

I happened to be in Tomball and scheduled an appointment with John L. Gorman, II, a relationship Banker. I cannot tell you how pleased I am. He knew exactly what needed to be done, was able to assist me quickly, and also helped to show other products that could be of benefit to me. He is a God send. He was very pleasant, knowledgeable, and quick to help me in what seemed to be a lost cause. I would highly recommend John to any who have banking questions that no one else can answer.
