“This is a unique set up where there is a banker available during business hours in the lobby where there are two ATMs. So it is an actual storefront. Not just an ATM. The people are extremely friendly but not pushy, so it was comfortable. I met Roberto and he is very helpful and actually help me with a few issues. I didn’t realize how convenient it would be to have somebody there that could answer questions and solve problems. it can be a bit of a nightmare parking in this parking lot but if you can manage to get into the building, you will have a good experience. I’m really surprised that there are few poor reviews here because they don’t deserve that. I am going to use this location in the future (during off hours) because it is close to my house. I was unaware that you could have 24-hour access to the ATM using your debit card so that’s going to be very convenient.”

Three people had appointments, one went to an open teller and I was greeted by Veronica at another. She was pleasant, proficient and was conscious about the privacy of my transaction. My questions were answered politely with good explanations. It was probably one of the best banking experiences I've had in my 20+ years as a BOA customer. “Recently, I became a part of this credit union family, and I have strong feelings about the quality of service that I will receive as a member. They make you feel welcome and of high importance when you walk in for a visit. My husband has been a member for years and has been prompting me to switch over from Cy Fair Federal Credit Union because they are always adding unnecessary fees and charges to my account. Because I was a member for ten years, it was hard for me to let go. However, the feeling surely isn't mutual because Cy Fair Credit Union does not show appreciation and respect for their customers. So, imagine my surprise when I visited Navy Fed for the first time and was treated with respect and importance. Upon entering, I was greeted by the receptionist at the help desk. I forgot his name but he was polite and welcoming. I told him the nature of my visit, he pulled up my account, found me in the system, and directed me to get in line to speak further with a teller. The teller that assisted me was a handsome Italian young man by the name of Giancarlo. He was friendly, welcoming, and ready to assist me with any questions or concerns about my new checking/savings account. By the way, I set up my new account online and it was super fast and easy! However, I had to visit them in person to request the direct deposit forms for my job. Overall, my visit was a pleasant and delightful one. I walked away feeling like I made the right decision about switching over, especially after reading over the many awesome benefits of being a Navy Fed Member. I am highly recommending this credit union for anyone who is looking for fast and easy service without all of the unnecessary charges and fees. They also have great benefits such as life insurance, home loans, credit cards, and more, which are easily accessible for members.”
