We have lived in a 2BR here for 3 years, and will be moving to a 1 BR in a few weeks. We have had positive experiences with the front office staff and maintenance. Always prompt responses from both teams. Great place to live!

I have lived in this community since 2019, I have seen my children grow up here! I really like our lifestyle and the amenities we get to have at Northpointe. The schools are amazing. The maintenance team is always diligent and Rene and office staff always friendly and helpful. Looking forward for another year living here!
