“Maintenance is stellar. They literally come within like an hour. Rarely do I ever need to call for maintenance to begin with.Office staff is great also. Very eager to help and manager takes care of things very fast. There was a tree that fell on the fence during a storm and the very next morning they were out chopping that tree up getting it fixed. Overall, excellent experience living here!! Lots of fun events too! Bedrooms are huge also!”

“I have called The Preserve at Spring Creek "home" for over 5 years now! I absolutely love this property. The maintenance crew is fast, efficient and friendly. The front office is staffed by helpful, friendly folks, who will go out of their way to help you. Special shout out to Paige, who I have never seen without a smile on her face, and willingness to assist in any way needed, and to Dylan, who has gone over and beyond to help me out (he helped me locate a gift my mother addressed to the wrong apartment!!). The property itself is beautiful, with fantastic amenities, including not one, but 2 stunning pools in the middle of a beautifully landscaped courtyard. The Preserve at Spring Creek is a wonderful place to live!”

“Unfortunately we had to leave this amazing place due to work obligations but nothing I could say would give this amazing apartment complex and their staff justice. My family and I lived here just over 3 years and we absolutely loved it. Convenient to everything. And just far away enough from everything at the same time. We are sad that we cannot continue to live here but if we move back to Houston/Tomball area we already know where to go. Thanks for making our stay comfortable Anita & Laurie. You will be missed!”

“I toured the property with Jovanna, very nice and was able to answer a lot of my questions regarding the property. The grounds were clean and a lot quiet which is something I was looking for. I only gave it a 4/5 due to what i dislike. I’m not to sure about the washer and dryer outside along with the small door opening in the living room, Was an eye sore in m opinion. If this is something you don’t care about, this property is definitely for you.”

“While I loved Alan and Nikki and think they did a great job, this new management company is making some real positive changes to the property that is not going unnoticed. David has been extremely nice considering he’s walking into a job where people were very loyal to the old employees. He has handled things very well and in a very timely manner. They are revamping the property and bringing it back to life. Two weeks into having this property they have already done insulation which has been needed for years. I’m excited and hopeful for the changes.”

“I recently had the pleasure of living at Cobble Creek Apartments, the application process was prompt and easy to pick the perfect apartments for your needs through their website and apply. I was impressed by the exceptional level of service and attention to detail provided by the management and staff.The apartment was clean and beautifully designed. The layout was spacious, with high ceilings and large windows that flooded the space with natural light. The interior finishes were modern and stylish, creating a comfortable yet sophisticated atmosphere.The amenities offered were outstanding. There was a well-equipped fitness center overlooking the pool and waterfall. It is very relaxing and quiet a nice place to tan, swim and read a book. One aspect that stood out to me was the excellent maintenance team. They responded promptly to any issues or concerns I had throughout my stay, ensuring that everything was always in working order. It gave me peace of mind knowing that any problems would be addressed quickly and efficiently.Another highlight was the location of the apartment complex. Situated nearby numerous and conveniently by restaurants, shops, and entertainment options. The neighbors are very friendly and quite with no public disturbances. I feel very safe in my apartment complex.Lastly, I must commend the friendly and professional staff who made living in this apartment truly enjoyable. They were always available to assist with any questions or requests and went above and beyond to create a sense of community among residents through various social events. Overall, my experience living at Cobble Creek Apartments has been a great one in every way possible. From its lovely design and amenities to its prime location and exceptional service, I cannot recommend it highly enough.”
