“I have lived here for going on 7 years now. First in a one bedroom and now in a two bedroom. I am overall VERY happy with my experience here as a whole. The apartment floor plan is AMAZING, feels like a house with the layout, high ceilings and larger kitchen. Property is well maintained and stuff is friendly and helpful. I don't know why people are saying the walls are paper thin... I have NEVER had noise issues (have also always been on and outer edge unit tho) I have only ever had one appliance issue and they came right away to fix it. The ONLY reason why I changed from 5 stars to 4 is because of the crime. There have been some issues with car break ins and theft (our truck got stolen in 2019 and my upstairs neighbors just got stolen 12/2023) and a few bouts of violent crime (domestic) but I think that's more of a reflection of the general area and not the complex itself. Other than that everything has been great, even with the changes in management over the years. I would be happy to continue my lease here if we weren't buying a home.”
