My boots look new and I ended up getting me a new pair of work boots and a pearl snap; I wasn’t planning on getting anything lol. Really appreciated the good atmosphere in here. One of the better locations I have been too.”

“I would like to shout out to David, Dani and Sarah for being a excellent help finding a pair of vans for my kids first vans purchase. They are a great sales team. They assisted me very well and Dani went to check on items for us so that we found the right shoe size and shirt size. They were friendly and provided a great atmosphere for the customer experience. There was an earlier sales team that also assisted me that were not there when I got there I forgot their names but would like to send a shout out to them as well.”

“My favorite local clothing store! Friendly and helpful sales people. Low turnover, so they recognize me. Love that JJill carries Talls which are hard to find, although I have to order them online. But they help with that. I like that they bring in new styles often, and mark down things often with some sales. However, they changed their clearance rack to be organized by same styles grouped together, rather than by sizes. Takes me much longer to look through each type of item to see if they have in my size, than to just look through items I KNOW they have in my size. Makes it harder to look also when others are looking at the same time, because everyone has to look at them all, not just their size. Not enough space for that. Please return to what you did before.”

“Just left this location after a horrible experience at the galleria location. Liz was absolutely wonderful. Came in for a refill of my favorite scent which customer services will tell you they don’t offer here but they do and left with my refill, a new bag, and a gift for my husband. And the manager at the galleria assumed we couldn’t afford a new bottle of perfume. Great customer service makes a huge difference. Please hire more people like Liz.”
