“Sometimes it's okay sometimes it's really overcrowded and it seems those times that it's very understaffed but it is Walmart so it is what it is you know. This Walmart in particular that I would have to say is one of my favorite Walmarts in the area but then again I could be biased”

“I arrived 5 minutes after they closed. I needed to pick up my order and the metal gate was already shut. I asked from the gate if there was any chance I could still pick up and apologized for arriving after they closed. Without hesitation the gentleman said "of course, happy to help"... I was not expecting that response. Was actually caught off guard. Not only did they help me, they spent more time there than they needed to, they made sure my pick up was correct, that I knew what I was getting and even walked my purchase to me. Beyond impressed with this pharmacy. They didn't realize I had to drive 45 minutes because my pharmacy was out of what I needed. Left a great impression on me and made my weekend end with an uplifted feeling.”

“I like Kroger's it's convenient it's close to where I live they have most everything I need but the best thing about Kroger's is the people that work there they're very nice and friendly and super helpful I think that's what you want in a place you want to shop because no store has everything but that's all you can ask for”

“Every experience I’ve ever had at this store was exceptional with the exception of the parking. Lots of other shops and a music venue surrounds it. More often than not it’s like trying to find a parking spot at the mall at Christmas time. I have had to actually turn around and go to a Kroger not too far away with plenty of parking. That’s why my review wasn’t 5 stars.”

“Pharmacist Bae was super helpful this week and he helped me using the BLINK program to get two of my products : $3.70 and $5.00. He works with your prescription plan and finds the best price for you. So glad Pharmacist Bae is at our Alden Bridge Kroger pharmacy.”

“The store is fine. I'm reviewing the pharmacy. My insurance dropped CVS, so I had to change. Tried a Walgreens which couldn't even get my first prescription right. I moved over to this pharmacy and couldn't be more pleased. They went overboard to help me & they are always cheery and helpful. Other pharmacies I've used, the employees always seem overworked, understaffed, and grumpy. Thanks, Kroger pharmacy!”

“with the amount of squeaky lost potatoes in the woodlands, i am leaving this 5 star review because almost every single complaint in this review section is a toddler squeak and completely baseless. the woodlands is full of geriatric toddler brained white people who can't see through the trees to see the forest.....”

“I must thank both Hahn and Paul for their knowledge, attention to details, and their patience is providing excellent service. As a physician, I am aware of the importance in a patient understanding a care plan and the extreme pressure put on pharmacist in these times of limited employee support provided by employers. Despite what they are doing trying to juggle phone calls, handle insurance inquires, complete prescriptions, and address customers waiting in line and often (particularly in the morning when I visit) having no support staff to help. I have never seen them express frustration nor be short with a customer. Hahn and Paul receive my appreciation and thanks for being there.”

“I'm sorry to hear that others ha e had a bad experience here. Kristina usually greets people at the entrance and just absolutely goes out of her way to help you. The 5 stars are really for her. A personality like her's makes it worth coming here. I haven't interacted with the pharmacy, though, which is where I see many of the negative reviews directed. Can't talk about that.”

“I just left CVS on 1488, 77384. I was trying to print some pictures, but really I was clueless. A young lady, Esmeralda, saw me struggling and came over to assist me. She was very professional & yes, helpful. Again, thank u, Esmeralda for being so patient & understanding.”

“I came to get a photo of my daughter printed at the last minute right before the store was set to close. I apologized for coming so late and explained to the team member that my daughter is trying out for her school’s drill team and needed a photo to attach to the application that she’s turning in to school tomorrow. Undaunted by the delay I may have caused in their closing procedures, the team member who assisted me was incredibly helpful and very nice. She even went so far to take the time to show me what to do if I came back and encountered any difficulties with their photo printer. Even more appreciated was hearing her well-wishes as I walked out the door, “good luck with her tryouts!” I was in good hands and felt like I was treated like family. I regret that I didn’t catch the team member’s name this evening but can’t sing her praises enough. In this day and age that kind of customer service is uncommon and should be recognized. To the team member that assisted me tonight: Thank you so much for helping me help my daughter get that much closer to fulfilling her aspirations of becoming a member of her high school’s drill team! I wish you all the best!”
