David is the concierge that picks up and drops off my laundry. He’s friendly and professional. It has been well worth the cost to have thoroughly clean laundry and the convenience of only sitting the bag at my front door on service days.”

“Top notch customer service even when issues arise. We had a dry cleaning service recently, once we received our garments a piece of vest was missing. Call the store, immediately they were on top of it and within 30 min the staff located the missing vest. This is what customer service should be, solving problems not blame diversion.
