“Visiting on business and needed laundry facilities to accommodate extended travel. I was immediately greeted by the most kind, sincere and refined woman by the name of Patricia. Patricia truly made my experience special. She helped me navigate the whole process of obtaining a card, purchasing detergent and running the machines. This wasn’t just my experience, and I could see her ensuring all customers needs were met in a kind and personal manner. Patricia even helped exercise my French language that I have missed and clearly needed practice on. We shared a beautiful moment together, folding laundry, sharing life stories and I felt as if I was there with my own mother folding laundry. Patricia made me feel like I was right at home. Please take a moment to recognize this beautiful soul for how she cares, how she connects with customers and how she spreads the “Joie de vivre“ (joy of life) to all those around her.”

“I have done business here since 2002. Once, I dragged a sweater sleeve through very fragrant & oily candle wax & took to Time Cleaners without much hope. The cleaners COMPLETELY removed the wax & the scent.I was amazed.Highly recommend!”

“I moved to this area about 5 years ago. For about a year I tried 3 or 4 different cleaners until I found Spring Cleaners. I have been using them ever since. I decided to write a review because I have not had any problems with them in over 4 years. The husband and wife are both very friendly and down-to-earth people. We need more businesses like this. I strongly recommend.”

The personnel is nice and they have good customer service. “Shanaz was super helpful. I wore a shirt twice and got a bad rust stain on the sleeve. I had bleached it already and it didn’t come out. She said that she would try but it may not come out. That next time not to wash or bleach a stain and bring it straight to her.Turns out she got the stain out and I am super happy! Their place also sewed a button on one of my shirts that was missing a button for free. I will be a loyal customer and recommend using this cleaner and alterations shop to anyone.Thanks for the help!!”

“I am posting here because of a recent experience that I had with this cleaners. I recently had a custom suit made and brought it to be pressed prior to wearing it for the first time. When I pulled it out of the bag after bringing it home, I was dismayed to find several small holes in the back of the jacket. Basically, the suit was ruined and unwearable. I brought the suit back to the cleaners and explained that I had never worn the jacket and that the damage must have occurred after I left the suit with them. To be honest, I felt sure that the situation wasn't going end well and I was prepared for this to be a very different post. Basically, I expected to be trashing the business for ruining my suit and not compensating for it. I am happy to report that the manager/owner called me in a few days to let me know that they would fully compensate me for the suit. We have been customers here for over a decade and I would highly recommend them to others looking for a reliable cleaners.”
“Place is really nice inside; Don't think I have ever seen a laundromat so nice. Machines look brand new and are electronic, making the process very simple. As well as this, machines are very fast, with loads being washed and dried in under an hour. There are plenty of washers and dryers for as much laundry as you have. They accept credit and debit cards, as well as cash, making it easier to not have to keep up with change and all that and instead keeping all on a single laundry card. Overall 10/10 and the place is very modern and cleanly, with staff always on site if there are any issues.”
