Always have a good experience at this James Avery location! Today I went in (7/16/24) and Courtney was such a wonderful help and made us feel very welcomed she had a huge smile on her face!

Everyone was very nice, they added my charms very quickly and cleaned the bracelet well. Best location I’ve been too.
