“Xpress Lighting of Texas in the Woodlands is the place to go for all lighting needs. I replaced a ceiling fan in our living room; the Minka Air fan we chose is stunning. Big thanks to Greg for being patient with us as we walked the showroom floor to find the perfect option. Greg was kind enough to showed us multiple options online. Greg and Jeremy’s customer service is why I will continue to purchase from them exclusively. Also, I’m driving all the way from Montgomery just to shop them…. That says a lot y’all! “Mr. Steve Heering has exceptional customer service skills, detailed knowledge of Lazy boy products forwards and backwards and inside out and let my wife and I take our time deciding! We actually purchased and when I got home changed my mind and my wife called back and went in and he was super nice and said to have me come in and take my time checking everything, and that they will refund the full order from previous purchase which was final sale after discounts, because he mentioned a few times to my wife, that he wants to make sure I was Happy!! That speaks volumes!! We did go back but Mr. Heering was off that day so I did not get a chance to thank him personally!! The staff helped us do the exchange because Mr. Heering had already approved it!! We got our first Lazy boy chair and absolutely love it! It is a glider, with rotation and of of course super comfy reclining (Mr. Heering showed us this on the first day we went in, and lots of other chairs and explained everything and no pressure at all, just wants us to have exactly what I was looking for) that I have not seen in other companies!! Then my grandmother clock dropped a weight and Greg got me on his schedule within a week and came out to my house to fix it. Beyond polite and professional. “My experiences at this Pottery Barn have been excellent; I've continually received friendly and personalized customer service from 99% of the staff over the years. We usually hear about the bad encounters but wanted to share it's people like Sonya there who go the extra mile to make sure you are satisfied with your purchasing experience. I called to order a heavy blanket that could be express shipped since cold temps are about to hit as my son is arriving in town. Was trying to avoid the Christmas rush and parking craziness but Sonya suggested I order ahead, pull up to the back door this morning, and they would run it out to me. Made the transaction cheaper and so easy while she remained cheerful during a busy time for them. I appreciate the consistency of their staff's assistance and will continue to shop this location in the months/years ahead.”
