Robbi keeps the course short & informational, and makes sure it is engaging and not boring. This is a course experience you will not get at any other AHA certification class. I remember so much more of the information that I learned with Robbi than I do from any other classes, and I actually feel completely comfortable with using it. “Blanca is a lifesaver I knew nothing about this company I was told to call them through my WIC office about my daughter's milk that I cannot find anywhere in the stores. I spoke with Blanca explain to her the situation she was wonderful she was knowledgeable of things and the information she gave me was able to help me get my daughter's milk through Medicaid not knowing that they would cover it. Also was able to give me milk for my daughter until it went through the insurance company so for me this is a game changer and I feel like I have some sense of security knowing about Star Medical because I know that I can get my daughter the milk that she needs and also know that I don't have to worry about running out of it anymore for now anyways LOL...”

“9.5.23I had several transactions with two different stores buying 3 pairs of scrubs. However, I primarily delt with the frisco store when it came to ordering the last pair. I came in and returned a different color and style which came out as an even exchange because what I ordered was the same price even though it was a different brand and color. You can run every background check you want on me and my company and you will find nothing but legitimacy. We are an accredited company and have serviced over 10,000 patients nation wide in our 11 years in. You are the first person that has ever mentioned the word fraud.Your sister's equipment was approved by health and human services with an allotted amount that was owed to us per month. However since you are the power of attorney the allotted amount per month goes to you than you forward that same dollar amount to us per month so your sister can continue to keep her equipment. However you only paid us for 2 months and kept the remaining dollar amount for yourself and stiffed us for the remaining balance. Every time we tried calling you to collect the proper amount that you legally owe us you treated my staff with complete disrespect. “This company was the quickest to respond to my inquiry in the purchase of an estim unit I needed for an upcoming surgery. I decided to buy a unit from a different company. Their unit arrived in poor condition without the proper cords. I sent it back and contacted vonco med. They helped via phone and email find a unit that was newer and better than the other unit while costing about the same. They had it screened by their biomed Dept. They even repaired a small chip they had found in the screen for free before shipping it to me. I was very impressed by their customer service and by the products they have available.”
