“This was my first time in this store. I'm going to add a note here and say I am legally blind and have a blind cane in these special features on my phone and a particular type of phone that works best with these features for daily life. This will be important in a little bit.

I'm not sure who helped me, however the people were very friendly. I explained to the person that I had tried to put my phone on a shelf and ended up misjudging and flat out dropped it totaling my phone and that Google pixels were the number one recommendation for visual impairments.

Not only did I travel over an hour here to get it they had it and set it up for me. I told the rep who was a guy that I needed talk back on how to set up the on off switch with it the magnifiers the select to speak and he said it all up for me so I wouldn't be struggling to try and start my phone.

He also helped me with a case to help protect my phone, of which I am very thankful.

I do appreciate the help and assistance I got and glad they went the extra mile to make sure that I could actually have something that was functioning and was protected.”

“Visited store with my 92 year old dad to change his plan to a prepay one, as $ counts these days! Dominique was the only sales rep. in the store at the time. It took Great! Patience to deal with my dad, yet he handled the adjustment so smoothly and thoroughly. It really impressed me that he worked with us and another set of customers at the same time, while a 3rd set were waiting their turn ( in between packages being delivered etc.) I wanted this young man to receive some recognition so I asked him his name as we were leaving. Hope the person reading this can give him a raise, because he deserves it!”

She did everything to have our phone fully functioning and ready to go when we left the store. While waiting, I observed the other workers who were kind and helpful and patient with older customers, good-humored and patient with challenging customers, and helpful and caring with small children who were tired of waiting.
