I was waiting in line for ten o'clock to open at spectrum There was 1 person working. 6 people were waiting behind me, and they had short patience. Another person was coming in, but it wasn't soon enough.

Y'all should start refunds when our service is out, I'm tired of paying my full bill every month when it goes out several times a month

Talk with billing all questions were answered and asked for tech support I was transferred. My problem was solve and the agent stayed on the phone until my modem restarted.
