“This store was very clean and the employees were helpful. I saw a basic bodysuit online that I wanted to try on before I purchased it so I headed over to the store. The online price was $26 and the in store price was $30. I appreciated that the employee at the register price matched the online price for me and then took off the additional promo discount. I'll be back for basics, affordable denim, and the softest active leggings!”

“I was there to return an online order and Linda, the associate who helped me, was phenomenal. She went above and beyond and was extremely resourceful in figuring out how to return an item that was shipped without the proper barcode. These days, most of my experience with customer service representatives involves them pretty much saying "oh well, that's all I can do" and leave you with an unsolved problem and a bad taste in your mouth for the company. Linda did the absolute complete opposite and it greatly improved my opinion of Kohl's and the customer service they provide. Will 100% be back.”
