Another customer had an issue with booking and Victor solved the problem with no hesitation and a great attitude. It's so refreshing to be on the receiving end of good customer service, especially when going through such a stressful time as moving. The facility was immaculately clean and tidy as well.”

“The experience was pretty good. The online reservation and check in process were straightforward and easy. The representative who assisted me was very polite and professional. I needed the truck an extra day and they had no problem with that. A couple of cons: I reserved a dolly but they didn't have one at check-out; good thing I ended up not really needing one. Also, the truck was dirty inside and out, very loud, and had a horrible bumpy ride, but I guess that's to be expected.”
