Didn't receive any acknowledgement and it took nearly two months to ship to UK but the products were excellent Cobra Company items unavailable anywhere else. I understand this is a one man business and he is quite elderly so I give him extra stars for sheer persistence!”

I've never been to this mall so I called and asked the best entrance to use, employee Claire gave me excellent direction. When I got to the store, met Claire and she was very professional and polite. She had excellent customer service skills and a thorough knowledge of what was available in the store. I didn't find anything I couldn't live without but I'm glad I went in and checked it out. It's an entire store filled with cool stuff.”
