“I flew into town this weekend with my daughter and husband to visit family. They brought us to this magical toy store. I have never been in a store that offers such well customer service. Being greeted when you walk in, giving suggestions and interacting with my toddler it was truly the best thing. That’s not where the customer service stopped. The employees introduced the “bunny buffet” and yes I flew back home with a huge bag and an amazing Easter bucket that they wrote my daughters name on! Thank you for making our trip 10x better.”

“My first visit to Comic book store in years. What got me out you might ask? DC is launching a new Wonder Woman comics where they introduce her a nemesis.As a DC fan (always over Marvel), then I could at least partake. My understanding is there are 4 different covers for the launch with one being blank another being anime style. Thank you, no. I chose the other two.I also decided to explore the store as well. In the back of the store are action figures behind locked ? cabinet doors. I was disappointed to learn that no MacFarlane toys are not available ?.The store keep did mention there was a story behind why, but did not specify details. Alas, a lost sale there ?. I took pictures of the store's action figure lineup but not the weapons throughout each wall.I also am including the two WW comics selected. It is a rather small store off Fry road and IH 10 in the HEB shopping center.Comics yes. Actions figures no.”

“I bought a Note 8 then 31 days later the screen went out. My warranty was out and the manager still had his repair guy look at and it was a damaged screen due to water damage which I never got wet. I thought I was screwed but he came through amazingly. When I came to pick my phone he had another Note 8 with a screen protector and case waiting for me with an additional $50. I thought it was BS then he have me my old phones memory board and the new to me Note 8. I'm was extremely impressed that he not only honored my expired warranty but set me up a new option. I highly recommend this business because he didn't have to but he truly worked with me. This business does good fair business something this world needs more of. Thank you.”
