The instructors seem to be knowledgeable in what they are doing and teaching. This seems to be a place for what yoga is intended to be not just a fad.

I have visited almost all the hot yoga studios in town. This one has the best flooring. It's looks like gray rubber instant noodles. It has great grip.They are strict on being on time. So make sure you arrive early and get situated. The teachers are great and make sure to try out the hot Pilates class.
