We had a lovely meeting and explored the store to discover what designs and colors I liked. Alan helped me find just what I was looking for, and we ordered it. It was delivered quickly. “Bought 5 ton Trane complete system back in December '22 and was very happy with the installation, performance and price. Kevin was easy to work with and his crews are great. Fast forward to August '23 and I noticed the outdoor condenser unit made a loud clang upon shutdown. Called Kevin and he sent his tech, Ken out to look at it. We turned the unit on and off, checked for any interference with the fan and the case etc. Ken finally figured out the 4 little nuts holding the fan/motor to the top case were slightly loose from the factory. He tightened them and the loud clang was gone! Great job Ken! No charge too.”

“We went to Court hardware, and we received wonderful and genuine customer service. I believe anyone went to Home depot and Lowes. I went to these hardware stores and yet I never receive truly good and kind customer service from hardware store. Our window house was broken. We had option, either we call handyman or went to stores above and tried our chances with doubts. We passed by court hardware and sure enough, Court hardware provided the glass. Bill, a kind and best employee, guided us and helped for how to do it yourself at home without doubt. We had a brand new window with Bill instruction. Thank you Bill ! We definitely add Court Hardware as our to go before Home depot and Lowes.”
