“Bought 5 ton Trane complete system back in December '22 and was very happy with the installation, performance and price. Kevin was easy to work with and his crews are great. Fast forward to August '23 and I noticed the outdoor condenser unit made a loud clang upon shutdown. Called Kevin and he sent his tech, Ken out to look at it. We turned the unit on and off, checked for any interference with the fan and the case etc. Ken finally figured out the 4 little nuts holding the fan/motor to the top case were slightly loose from the factory. He tightened them and the loud clang was gone! Great job Ken! No charge too.”
“Great service at this store. The representatives at this location went above and beyond cleaning up another person’s mess from another location. I spent Halloween evening there until closing time because none of our phone lines were working and they did not rush me out until my problem was solved. Instead of guessing and messing things up further, they made efforts of calling someone to verify and walk them through how to correct it efficiently. Not only did they correct the issue but they apologized on behalf of the other person who messed up, not even knowing who they were.. Simply because the person who messed up works for Verizon and they feel no Verizon customer should have to go through that.”

“I don’t usually do reviews but, I believer in giving flowers while we’re still here. The store associate Dezron just blew us away today with his amazing service! He was very respectable saying “yes ma’am, no maam, and have a blessed day”. You really don’t see young people with respect nowadays but he truly made our day! We was stranded for an hour (faulty battery) and he kept coming to check on us to see if we was okay and offered to give us a boost! We was speechless on the outstanding service today! Thank you Dezron!”
