Used a locker drop off/pick up. It was easy and everything was cleaned. My order took about a week. Only negative is that there is no way to contact them.

Managers seem to have no clue. Laundry is poorly inspected. Often forgets to pick up, deliver, or apply promised discounts. Still better than most.
