“I visited this store, for the first time, to ship an item for which I needed a USPS Medium Priority Mail box because I had already bought the label on-line. I missed getting to the USPS office because it's Saturday and they closed at 12:00 noon.
So here are the bullet points about this store and my experience:
* They stay open until 5:00 PM on Saturday
* They had a full assortment of free USPS Priority Mail boxes
* The gentleman behind the counter (possibly the owner?) graciously taped the box closed for me
* The gentleman graciously used my pre-printed label and attached it to the box for me
* The gentleman was kind and had a friendly demeanor and engaged in an informative conversation
* This service cost me nothing
If only our USPS employees were this gracious and friendly! Thank you MailBox Store, you have a customer and fan for life!

“This Postal Annex location is part of my life's tapestry! I have been a customer for 10 years or even more! The staff is exceedingly friendly, always accommodating and extremely accurate. When I walk in I feel I am part of the family and am treated well by all the staff. They do get very busy but never too busy to greet everyone who comes in. They don't have to tell their customers that they are appreciated because their every day acts of service proves how much they do. One can never be too careful today with package pirates and those going thru your mail searching for what might feel like a gift card or credit card. “There had been a few bad reviews, so I was hesitant to go to this location. However, as soon as I asked in, I was greeted by both employees and immediately assisted. I don't live in the area, but I'm frequently in the neighborhood, so it's nice to have a place to ship my items off.”
“If you're looking for a place to handle your shipping and printing needs, PostalAnnex is the hidden gem you never knew you needed—kind of like that last slice of pizza in the fridge that you didn't think would still be there.
Wayne, the owner, is awesome! He somehow manages to make mailing packages as enjoyable as binge-watching your favorite show. Seriously, this guy should teach a masterclass on customer service!
The service is always spot on; I half-expect Wayne to greet me with a confetti cannon every time I walk in! Fast and friendly? More like lightning-speed with a side of sunshine. Plus, the store is conveniently located, making it easier to stop by than it is to decide what to have for lunch. And don’t even get me started on the parking situation—ample spaces galore! You could park a small army here and still have room for your car.
As for pricing, it’s so reasonable you’ll wonder if they’re giving it away for free. Wayne explains every charge thoroughly, so you won't leave feeling like you've just been hit by a surprise fee truck.
In short, if you want excellent service wrapped in a friendly smile (and maybe even a dad joke or two), go to PostalAnnex. I highly recommend it!

“2024: This place is still hands down the best place to send overseas packages. The local UPS was a disaster. I'm amazed that people find Nina rude as that has never been my experience.

I've never had a problem with any of the staff. The younger assistants don't always know their stuff, but I've always found everyone including the owner very polite. It's my go to drop off location and I get all the tracking numbers emailed to me.”

“If you need to ship framed artwork across the country and need it packed well and in a humongous box, this is the place to go! Yes, it's pricey to ship artwork if you want it done right, but that's the way you have to do it. Hats off to staff member LEO, who wrapped my three framed artwork pieces so well that they might be miniature Ft. Knox's. The box was indeed humongous and filled with mountains of styrofoam popcorn (don't like the stuff but it was necessary!). The humongous box and its priceless (to me) contents arrived on time and were perfectly pristine. Thanks to the Spring, TX UPS Store and especially to Leo for a job well done!”

After waiting only briefly, i was helped by a truly knowledgeable young man. While i was flustered because the document I needed was for a party I was headed to right then, he remained calm, helpful and kind. I wish i could remember his name because he deserves the kudos. I haven't seen that type of customer service in a long time. He even offered to trim it for me since there was no one waiting behind me. The extra mile! It was a gift that turned out beautiful and ON TIME thanks to this wonderful employee.”

“There’s not too much that can “wow” someone when going into a UPS store. However, my experience was a 10/10 today. Scott was personable, immediately acknowledged me soon as I walked in the store, was very professional and courteous. I was in and out of the store in less than 7-minutes. That’s including me having to send emails with tracking labels, getting the labeled printed, carefully boxing up my item (I was underprepared) and still having small talk while accomplishing everything.”
