The process was incredibly user-friendly; we downloaded the app, rented the unit through it, and accessed the gate with just a few taps. The storage unit was ready for us, complete with a lock inside. When it came time to cancel, we simply used the app to handle everything, which felt almost too easy. To be sure the cancellation went through correctly, I called customer service, who confirmed that everything was in order. “All around great value! I have been parking my tractor and 48’ flat bed trailer here for six months now and have zero complaints. The facilities are VERY well lit at night, with video surveillance and key code or remote (yes, you are also provided a remote so you don’t have to block traffic to get out of your vehicle!) for secure entrance and exit. The facilities are on a quiet road with minimal traffic making entering & exiting the lots relatively easy. The prime location makes access to Hardy toll North & South, FM 1960, I-45, or Grand Parkway no more than five minutes away. Omar has been great to work with and very responsive when contacted. I would recommend Roth Storage to any professional driver looking for a safe, secure, and clean facility.”

“So far, so good ? I just got this storage unit after a tree basically destroyed my home after this recent hurricane, so I hope this is only a temporary arrangement. But, all in all, the facility is very well kept. Clean, climate controlled, and seems very concerned with security (BIG plus!)
