He was courteous, patient, friendly, and very helpful. I don't know why there's a lot of negative reviews for this NFCU branch, but I love my bank. I've been with NavyFed for about 14 years now (since my time in the Marine Corps). My husband is AD in the Marine Corps and also has NFCU (15 yrs). We have mortgage and car loans financed through NFCU. We've never had any issues with NFCU.
