“Came in right at closing and the regular retail banker was busy, but Ryan was more than happy to help me replace my debit card that had a broken chip for months. I asked him about affinity designs and he had no problem letting me pick out one even though they were closing. He even offered to call the credit card department and have them set me up with affinities for my two credit cards because they are about to expire.
