“This was our first time going to Verizon. We have been using a different service for our wireless needs and we have been wanting to switch to Verizon for a long time. My husband and I finally decided to go so we could get all the info needed to make the switch and have Verizon's services. We are very glad we did. It was so much better than we expected. He was very friendly and made sure all of our questions were answered. We had a couple of issues come up while trying to do the transfer, but he was great with helping us get it all figured out. I was most impressed with his patience and the amount of time he spent with us making sure that our experience was easy and informative. I thank him very much for everything he did and helped us with.”

In all of the years we’ve had with T-Mobile, we’ve never had a representative take the time to explain and give up front details about services, promotions, or our bill. “Walked in and immediately was attended to. After explaining my situation they helped me out so quickly and explained everything I needed to know in such a clear way. They came out with my desired phone quickly and any time I asked them to do something concerning my account they told me it had already been done. They even sat with me to search and choose the best phone case I can possibly get within my budget which was super useful since I've broken my phone too many times now.
