“A little under a week ago a friend of mine was contacted by an AT&T agent, who offered her several services to organize her lifestyle. With his help, she was able to get her internet for a $0 balance monthly, because she was eligible, and a new phone. When the phone arrived on the next day, the same agent, over the phone, helped set-up her phone as well. The phone was having an issue of dropping calls. So, we went to the store and the agent, who was amazing, was able to fix the issue immediately. We were in and out of the store within 5 minutes. " The airplane mode just needed to be reset".”

We often shop around online and go in to purchase when we find the right item at the right price and this place often has great prices. If you haven’t been here then go. “I have never been anywhere like that before. It was wall to wall people. The employee's never stayed in one place long enough to count them. Had about 2 and a half hour wait. When I got my turn he was s young man. Very polite. I explained why I was there and he went to work. It took about two hours. But he made sure of what I wanted done and made sure I understood . I thought we worked well together. His knowledge of his work was amazing. It was a long day but was worth it. Thank you Apple for having a good service and knowledgeable pleasant employee's. ? They worked really hard all day.”
