The owner, Blaine, works with you to meet you at your level with modifications, then encourages and pushes you at an appropriate rate. So many friendly CrossFit members. As a first time CrossFit gym member, I've felt super supported.

Great gym and even better community! Coaching is fantastic, with all levels of training and support. Beginner to experienced. Cross fitter. I was a member of a big box gym for years but never got the results I wanted. Be Better CrossFit has really renewed my fitness goals.

Excellent instruction, positive energy and really nice people
We are a small CrossFit Box in Spicewood TX and we are excited to welcome anyone that wants to compete against themselves and uplift their neighbors. There are rumors that heart throb celebrities, Olympic gold medalists and professional athletes have worked out here. I started these rumors on July 4th, 2022 when we opened our doors. I am excited to continue spreading rumors and having a space that is welcoming to all with the simple and powerful plan to Be Better. We look forward to seeing you!
