I went there, dropped off my car, enterprise picked me up, picked up my rental and they were finished earlier than I thought so I came to Caliber, left my rental there and took my car. They took care of returning my rental for me, I didn’t need to bug a family member to help me through this process. Joshua was my service agent and he texted me throughout the whole process and gave me updates as my car was being worked on. Caliber gained a customer.”

“Had my F250 towed here after another shop couldn’t diagnose the issue. Went in for a crank, no start. Diagnosed right away: A/C was seized. Diesel Pros replaced the unit in a reasonable amount of time and had me back on the road in perfect order. A few months later my 20 year old hoses started leaking after passing the leak test for the new system. When I called about the leaky hose they were very professional and were more than willing to work with me on a solution. Great shop, will definitely bring my truck back in should the need arise!”

“Wednesday 5/15 my car wouldn’t start. My neighbors tried to jump start me with no luck. I called autozone for assistance the girl answered and said she would ask her driver. She told me her driver said he would come to my apartments behind autozone. Lance showed up with his jump pack and got my car started. He then suggested that I go get my battery tested at autozone. I asked Lance if he would follow me there he said yes. We get to autozone and Lance tested my battery and it was bad. Lance found me the best Deal on a battery that fit my budget. I was a little over my budget so Lance asked for manager approval for a discount. Lance and autozone saved my day. Thank you Lance for going over and beyond to assist me. Autozone really treats customers like family”

“They were truly amazing, professional, and kind. I recently got my first car and I am still learning about it. I had thought my car was missing brackets to hold the cables up because they were hanging to the ground, but I was not missing anything, they had fallen out of the clip that holds them. I thought there would be bigger brackets to hold cables up, and that tells you how much I know about cars, lol. I was brought out to the service area, was shown and explained in great detail that overall my car was perfectly okay. I definetly recommend coming here. “Very, very happy with Dan's work on my front bumper. After I pulled into too many curbs when parking, the front bumper almost completely separated from the front of the car. He got me in right away and did the fix skillfully. Now, it looks fantastic, like it used to! He's a real magician, as the bumper's attachment holes were broken through and tabs were bent every which way. Thanks again, Dan, for a job well done.
