“A huge 5 star review to Jay Andres and Sewell BMW of Grapevine. I had been searching for a long time, for the perfect certified preowned X1. I finally found it, about 650 miles away. Jay and I spoke on the phone and then communicated via text, ALOT. He answered every question, took extra pictures of details I had concerns on, even different views and lighting. He worked up different options for me and went through every single concern. I flew down a week later and the car was exactly as described, with the addition of the big red Sewell bow. Jay went through all the paperwork, reviewed any questions and went through the car with me. We drove her home that day, 650 miles! I could not be happier with this car and my service at Sewell BMW of Grapevine. I encourage anyone to feel comfortable purchasing from them long distance, they are very particular about their reputation. Ask for Jay!”

“My experience thru out the service was great. My service advisor Mr. Jaylin was very professional and understood the concerns very well. I came back for the 3rd with the same problem of squishing noise from the suspension area , but he entertained my concerns as if it was the first time patiently without getting frustrated of me coming back repeatedly. I was given regular updates on my vehicle during one week of my car in garage. They also provided me with a good loaner vehicle, which helped a lot during the repairs. I wish the problem of right control arm was caught during the first time when they replaced my left arm. But the fact that they completed my request peacefully under the same warranty was good.”

“Our car had a close encounter with the side of the garage and the front body panel on that side of the car got pushed back closer to the front door so that the door scraped whenever it was opened and closed. Took the car in for an estimate and we were very pleasantly surprised when we were told that the door could be fixed and the paint job on that front panel cleaned up while we waited for 15 minutes. We worked with Javier Jauregui.”

Grapevine Golf Cars went out of their way to help me.I bought a new cart, had it for a couple of weeks and it road a little rough with my bad back.I talked with Kelley who sold me the cart and she just said no problem we will take care of it.Bottom line they got me a new cart that was raised and has 4 shocks on it and I feel, a nicer one then I had. Now that is customer service.Larry, who is in charge with delivering the carts and taking care of them went out of his way to make sure I was happy.Don’t waste your time with other cart companies, Grapevine Golf Cars is the best.Thanks Kelly and Larry.”
