“I always have the best experience at this oil shop. Today I stopped in for an oil change and it was awesome service as usually. One gentleman even went as far as telling me to have a good day knowing that I was going through a rough patch in life. He was kind and very caring. People don't care anymore so I wanted to make sure he was recognized and noticed for his kindness. He is a slender young early 20s fellow with brown hair and bangs. Thank u for the DEF knowledge I ended up at Stripes where I pumped it into my tank! Again TY”
“I didn’t mean to go to this location at first because it was 10 minutes farther than the closest one I had, but the customer service was great and the guys did a great job with my oil change, made sure to give me recommendations for my coolant and checked all my filters to make sure I didn’t need a replacement. I also got a fantastic coupon for $10 off from internet that made it even better ☺️❤️”

“this guy really knows what he's doing, I paid $150 at the dealer for a diagnostic and when I took my truck to this guy he took a little piece of hose put one end touching the part ( water pump in a 2017 highlander its complicated to get to the part ) and the other end in his ear and immediately knew it was the water pump what it was causing a noise, I was like WOW! I definitely recommend him.”
