“Look no further, mechanic masters is the place for you and your family, prices are very reasonable not to mention the customer service this husband and wife business is by far the best from my experience I had an extremely stressful few weeks on top of it all my A/C went out on my car , the dealership was a big letdown charging a ridiculous amount of money and the customer service was disappointing keep in mind this is a well known dealership . Nevertheless I thought ide go and do a google search for reputable ac auto repair with outstanding reviews and MECHANIC MASTERS pops up I read All the reviews and made my way to their business .Immediately I was helped the owner was extremely knowledgeable and explained things thoroughly to me he took his time so that I understood ,answered any question I had with patience he did not rush me out nor did he look bothered by my questions.. when I met his wife I felt very welcomed by her she was extremely professional and knows how to treat her customers . “After going to selective auto parts stores around San Antonio for a distributor rotor couldnt find the right one. Yes they were n stock but buying and returning was a hassle... Nt the right fit.. getting so frustrated my mind had a complete brain fart and snap.. Gonzalez auto parts .. I usually go to the one off right but since I moved I didn't want to go so far.. I am so thankful to this auto part store being on sw military. So I go and they gave me a rotor, but I was so hesitant on getting it because I was having issues of the ONE that fits my shaft.. o I'm so blessed.. the lady and man there they gtd that it was gonna fit.. bless their hearts and was right.. “We were having issues with our battery after the winter storm that rolled through Texas. We had replaced the battery on our own, but it wouldn't hold a charge and we feared the worst with the alternator. They quoted us a steep price because the part was on the expensive side. When they came out to look, they found that the bolts weren't holding right on the battery, tightened them, and made sure our battery was working fine. Lo and behold, that was the only issue. They charged us strictly for the fee to come out and to reshelve the part, and all in all, it was hundreds of dollars cheaper than if they had just replaced the alternator and called it a day.”

One gentleman even went as far as telling me to have a good day knowing that I was going through a rough patch in life. He was kind and very caring.
