“Great customer service and good vibe in the store. Ash completely took care of us. We kept asking her for different shoes, since my grandson needs a specific type. She was so patient and understanding. The music was at a good level and not overwhelming. We had a good experience in that store.”
“Great selection of clothing, hats, and boots. Just not a great selection of work boots in size 12, but that's more of an opinion. Hat selection isn't huge but they do sell good quality hats from several brands, and also have cheaper store brand options that are still great quality. If your hat needs reformed a bit, they'll steam it and fix it for you for free, but they do take tips so take cash for that.”
“Sarah was an excellent stylist for an unlikely client. My daughter is 12 yrs old , most of the clothing is in my opinion for women in their 20’s and up. Sarah took her time, took my input for a modest look appropriate for a 12 year old but also helped my daughter to see an appropriate outfit can be styled perfectly by someone with the expertise Sarah has.”
“I went this weekend and the employees had a lot of work but they went above and beyond helping me find clothes. I don’t remember their names but they were working in the Men’s department. It’s amazing to see polite & helpful employees in the retail stores these days…”

“Verona is a really nice store it has all the latest fashions in women's clothing. There's so many pretty blouses, dresses, pants, shoes, purses and jewelry to choose from. Our church Word of Life of El Paso had a fashion show on 4/22/22 for our Women's Tea Party. Several church members of all ages were models with some cute outfits, dresses, blouses, pants, jewelry & shoes from Versona it was awesome. Thanks again to Pat (manager) & Elsa (assistant) for helping Destiny choose her outfits for the fashion show. We really enjoyed our Tea Party it was fun!!! ?☕????”
“What can I say about the store? A lot of people know about this you can buy almost everything close shoes. Bathroom sets kitchen sets all type of things for your house. It’s a good place to visit with. Your kids. Prices are really good. Specially, when they have some special good visit with your friends and family. It’s fun to shop.”

The vibes are mad cool and they’ve got every brand you can think of along with any kind of clothing like Socks, Hoodies, dresses, sweatpants and seasonal attire like Halloween sections! “Omg... All I gotta say is.... Better than Victoria secret. Or more like this is the Victoria secret but for big melons. Not to mention Paola measured me and helped me. She used my name while speaking with me. She remembered my friends name who had been there last week. Her customer service was amazing. I am truly impressed. The bras can vary between clearance items around 25 and non clearance bras of 54 or 65 but when I went they had a bogo sale going on so I ended up taking 3 bras and 1 pantie for about 134 that's already tax included. It was worth it. They can go into the changing room with you just to help you with the fitting and to teach you and see how the bra looks on you. They will go the extra mile just to make sure they find what u need, like comfort, full coverage or if u are wanting sexy bras or simple ones.”

Only sizes available were small andediym very few large none Xtra large much the less xxlarge. I have very tall kids and they need the bigger sizes bc of their height. It would.be awesome if I can shop for me and for the men in my life as well.The staff was.....ok. I'll say I feel neutral”
