“An employee at our Customer Service took the time to fix my phone so that I could access the Target circle savings. Whenever I’d try it on my own I kept getting a message saying that my account couldn’t be found. This employee was so helpful and even showed me how to access these savings on my own. She was most friendly and helpful and never condescending!!! Thank you.”
“Big lots recently I went to get some Christmas decorations. Am I found 50% discount 50% discount.But not only that. In big lots, you can find food. You can find home supplies furniture.You can find a lot of things. For example, I found food for my dog in the bed for my dog and then I found Air freshener, glade, and all the older brands. The store is fully supply and I had another perception of the store.Honestly This time that I went to purchase the Christmas decorations. It changed my perception. I wanna encourage you to go and change your perception of biglots, thank you.”

“What can I say about the store? A lot of people know about this you can buy almost everything close shoes. Bathroom sets kitchen sets all type of things for your house. It’s a good place to visit with. Your kids. Prices are really good. Specially, when they have some special good visit with your friends and family. It’s fun to shop.”

“Wow, Visited for the first time. They’re a pretty big facility, it was crowded and a little messy however, not disorganized. Not sure if this is normal but school was about to start that week.”

“This is a good store so you can go with time, in this case it is in Paso TX and you can find all the clothing brands from the most famous to the not so famous but at really cheap prices you will say they have a defect because some things but the majority They are not new, it's just clothes that were left in the department stores and they bring them with time so you have to look but they also have toys, frying pans, shoes, things for your pet at really affordable prices. I invite you to visit, I'm sure you'll have a full cart. They serve well but be patient, you have to go around everywhere to find the ones you want”

“Ready with everything we may ever need. Clean the people are friendly. But this review is going to concentrate on their sushi. Since im a tad allergic to avocado i tend to avoid it in almost everything i consume, sadly most americanized sushi from a store come with it. As i was telling my girl this the lady at the sushi counter overheard and asked if we wanted a special request. We knew u could order party plates but she insisted she make me one just with a few roles, she asked if i was a dad and i said yes she then wished me a great fathers day. We continued our interaction and i was above myself with gratitude at this. My morning had been kinda shitty and i juat wanted a nice pick me up and boy did she ever give it.”

“I liked the prices and a good selection of women's shoes and clothes. But a very minimal amount for men's. Only sizes available were small andediym very few large none Xtra large much the less xxlarge. I have very tall kids and they need the bigger sizes bc of their height. It would.be awesome if I can shop for me and for the men in my life as well.The staff was.....ok. I'll say I feel neutral”

“Not sure why this place has such bad reviews, the store is lovely. I came here and got some wrapping paper today for Christmas. They had a nice selection. I had some questions and the people that were working the service were veyr helpful. I feel the prices were on point and that they had good deals when it came to wrapping paper.”
“Store is affordable and has latest fashions. Very up to date with current seasons. Apart from apparel they also have accessories, shoes and miscellaneous gift items. They also have a points program. I just signed up for it so I don't know if it's rewarding or not. I bought sandals that have a little bit of cushion on them for 10 bucks.”
“People often just take the time to come here to post their bad experiences and bad reviews.. however this is not the case with me. I'm here to acknowledge the great customer service I received today when I went to the store. I had the opportunity to speak to one of the cashiers and to the manager April. Both ladies were extremely helpful and courteous! I am beyond satisfied and greatful with the type of customer service they provided me with. Thank you so much!!”
“Yesterday my mom was diagnosed with Covid and her Dr sent in a electronic prescription to the Walmart on N. Loop, I called to find out how long the prescription would take to fill and Sonia the pharmacist told me I’ll fill it for you ASAP, within 10 minutes she called me that it was ready for pickup, she was awesome and avoided me having to return back on Sunday, my mom needed this medication right away, she even took the time to explain all 3 medications to me. Also the pharmacy tech that attended to me was super nice and sweet (her name was long) started with a “E” both of these employees should be recognized for an outstanding professionalism, they both wished my mom a speedy recovery. I highly recommend that these 2 women receive a nice generous bonus or raise because they deserve it, it’s rare today that some employees don’t respect customers or people in general. “This is the go-to place to go get your clothes they have a lot of variety really really nice clothes and for a good price as well !! They need to work on the customer service a bit more because the girls seem antisocial but other than that it is a wonderful place”

“Everything was nice and neat, for it being 3 weeks till Christmas!! Great music playing while you shop. I never go to kohl's, but this store changed my mind with the great deals and not so crowded. Great job in store appearance.”
