They refused to leave my package at my post office box so had to go pick up at FedEx. The woman that helped me was super nice, though.

Driver refuses to leave any packages at my house, they keep saying no one is home even though the packages don’t require a signature. I have to drive 30 miles to a hold location any time I have a package. They are completely unprofessional
