She was organized, great communicator & very customer focused. She was training a rockstar, John, who was outstanding at his job with only weeks of training. And Julie was a lifesaver, driving to another location to secure boxes we needed & rushed to package and ship the important mailouts. Everyone was helpful and great to work with!!”

“There was a guy that helped me and I did not get his name. He was younger with glasses working the front desk. I just wanted to say that this guy was so great. It was really busy in this store and he was the only one at the register. He still spoke to people while he was helping them, despite the line. He found a way to resolve problems or just have a friendly conversation with each person. I think most people would have been stressed out and annoyed (I know I would have) but he was just very kind and patient. He even asked questions to a guy that complained about another store to try and get to the bottom of his issue. It is rare to see such great customer service but this guy was on it. I wish I knew his name but he is usually there when I go in. Kudos to that guy! Great job.”

“Geez, looking at all these horrific reviews makes me wonder if Texomaland hasn’t realized we’re still in a pandemic. NO ONE WANTS TO WORK, and I feel FedEx suffers the same issues, NO EMPLOYEES/DRIVERS/DOCK PERSONNEL/CLERKS/MECHANICS/Etc. (Businesses every where have “HELP WANTED” signs) I am grateful my shipment arrived undamaged on this dark dirt road in Bryan County. We recently went to Yellow Freight and did our own customer pickup. Yes it was there, they were short handed. It was super simple, instead of waiting around the house and missing work, WE decided to pickup our shipment. It’s super simple if you catch yourself in a bind. Called and they advised us what time to arrive. In and out in 15 minutes max. Thank you transportation industries!”
