“The agent who brought the vehicle out to the shop where my car was being serviced thoroughly explained everything. We went over the agreement and the car together. The vehicle had a couple of minor flaws; nothing serious. Everything was noted. I received the rental agreement in my email shortly after I initialed and signed everything. This was a much better experience than the Enterprise Humble location. Please read my review regarding my experience there in March - May. I love Fred Haas... that is where I purchased the vehicle that was being serviced. Thank you!”

“Our crew at work takes lunch here when we are working in Spring. The U-Haul rental is actually located in the gas station. Not the big new building they just built next to it. Family owned and ran business. Very nice people. The kitchen inside also has pretty good food. I recommend the quesadillas.”

“I rented a one-way trailer from Louisiana and it has been impossible to get the main UHaul location on I-45 to answer the phone (sat on hold for 45 minutes). I called this location instead and the lady there was so nice and helpful! Even though I still have to take my trailer to the other location, she still helped me the best she could!!! I will definitely recommend using this location for anyone else in the future!”
