“Finding this Amazing Space was a miracle for me. I had been to several other storage centers in the area and was not impressed with how they looked nor how they treated me. The facilities were very clean, the grounds were well taken care of and they had all the necessary security measures that other storage facilities seem to skimp out on. He even showed us a unit before we made our decision to make sure it was what we needed. He got us in right before closing time and wasn't rushing us out. “The agent who brought the vehicle out to the shop where my car was being serviced thoroughly explained everything. We went over the agreement and the car together. The vehicle had a couple of minor flaws; nothing serious. Everything was noted. I received the rental agreement in my email shortly after I initialed and signed everything. This was a much better experience than the Enterprise Humble location. Please read my review regarding my experience there in March - May. I love Fred Haas... that is where I purchased the vehicle that was being serviced. Thank you!”
“This location is quiet and small but worth it! I needed to rent a U-haul at the VERY last minute. The owner had one available. She also mentioned if she didn't have one at her location to just call and she would find one and get it for me so I wouldn't have to drive all over looking for the type of U-haul I needed. She was extremely personable and laid-back, unlike the bigger u-haul places I have rented from in the past. I would highly recommend this place!”

“I rented a u-haul and a storage room. Great, friendly attendant and did everything they could to make sure I had what I needed. Walked the to the I-haul with me and let me know how to check in. She also rented me staorage with their system down and made the needed adjustments when could and as mentioned that I might be getting a better price when the computer started working. She was right and my account was updated. I appreciate the kindness. I noticed customers coming in with no patience. She was doing all she could do. She was being blamed for stuff that the customer should of brought. She still maintained and assisted to make sure they received what they needed”
“Our crew at work takes lunch here when we are working in Spring. The U-Haul rental is actually located in the gas station. Not the big new building they just built next to it. Family owned and ran business. Very nice people. The kitchen inside also has pretty good food. I recommend the quesadillas.”

“The gentleman that handled the pickup was courteous and understanding. He was very easy to work with and friendly. I would definately recommend this location.Be advised though, that when dropping it off it might not be the same guy, like other reviewers said. Make sure to check the fuel gage and mileage. Perhaps it is a hit or miss, but for me it really worked out!”

“It is clean, well maintained property, well lit, offers large temperature control indoor units and carts are always available. Employees are always kind, helpful and friendly. The extra perks are a benefit. The free private meeting room at your despised is one of the big benefits. They even have water if you’re working hard moving in out rearranging or just popping in for their packing store that is always stocked with everything one could use to pack, move, store their items. For Christmas the meeting room turns into a free gift wrapping space with everything one needs to wrap their gifts including hot cocoa. The seating area is very home like with comfortable seating and a fireplace that’s wonderful on the cold days. It’s definitely an upgraded experience from most storage facilities.”
